Welcome to NodeNepal ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at nodenepal.com and all hosting services, software, and related products offered by NodeNepal.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

NodeNepal provides web hosting services including but not limited to:

  • Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers
  • Domain Name Registration and Management
  • Email Hosting Services
  • SSL Certificate Provisioning
  • Software License Distribution

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice. Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selected plan.

Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept payments via eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and international payment methods.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates Nepali law
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Hosting phishing sites or fraudulent content
  • Mining cryptocurrency on shared hosting resources
  • Excessive resource consumption that impacts other users

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Service Level Agreement

NodeNepal guarantees 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the client dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, email, phone number, billing information, and usage data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

NodeNepal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
